In case you’re lame and missed it, J Lawson’s going away party was the ever-lovin truth!

Planet Zoron, Streaming Satalights, Wess Wesson, SBE, and DVS-WUN all put in an appearance. And Magee was on fire. Kilo ‘n Alabama Blakk were lurkin around there somewhere, too. So many names, so little time!

I, as per usual, have video but I’m gonna continue to be the suspect stalker chick! -grin-

Qwembi hosted Sumpin’ Sophisticated – The Ocho. B-Mac and Maniac Magee were holdin it down on the music tip. I’d hazard a guess most folks had a grand old time.

I know I did. -grin- Until I almost broke my ankle in those damned heels of mine, anyway. That’s right, ladies and gents, I was out in full force in a rockin red dress! (And anybody who knows me knows that’s a treat.)

It’s right shy of 3am and I’m just getting home.

I could have easily stayed out tonight. Easily.

I’d forgotten how much better I work in the evening/night/early morning hours. I’m a nocturnal creature, that’s for sure. And it’s nice having the option to keep those hours. I’m half a mind to stay awake for the next few hours or so but I’ve been sick so I need the rest.

Anyway…I was sitting here nibbling on a granola bar and banana, reading blogs, and decided I should write one of my own.

It’s gonna be a quickie, though: I was at Gill’s for Mundazed. I almost didn’t go but I’m damn sure glad I did. I got to hear the sexy Sista Saa-rah speak and took several very nice shots of the rather photogenic Beanie Brown. Not to mention Qwembi, S.B.E. and DVS.
